Prices
The new Spanish legislation (from 8/8/24) makes a distinction between tourist rentals and seasonal rentals. As a landlord, you must indicate the periods in advance if you rent for longer than 11 days or less. You may not mix these periods. The rules for both are also different and make it more complex. For that reason we will no longer rent for less than 10 nights. Bookings that already existed before this period will be retained at the agreed prices.

11 days = 10 nights. If there are more nights, the price per night is calculated depending on the season.

The prices include normal consumption of electricity (see conditions), underground parking space, Wifi, all amenities, towels and sheets. Mandatory cleaning is not included in the price.

Are you very satisfied and would you like to come back later that year or next year? ' Regular' customers always receive a 5% discount on the above prices from the 2nd booking when booking under the same name. Be sure to mention this when making a reservation.

The climate in the area around Torrevieja has a milder and higher climate than the places north of the city of Alicante, a perfect location for winter visitors.
