Reservation
You can make a reservation request via 'availability and reservation', by telephone or by e-mail.
If the accommodation is available for the desired period, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
As soon as we have received your deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive all information for a carefree stay by e-mail.
Payment
To finalize the reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit or advance of 30% of the total rent. The remaining amount and the deposit will be transferred 1 month before arrival. You will receive a reminder e-mail about this.

Deposit
The deposit (€250) will be paid together with the final settlement, so 1 month before arrival.
If the accommodation is not left clean or with damage and/or loss to the inventory, for example, part or the total deposit may be withheld. If the costs are higher than the deposit, an additional invoice will be sent. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded maximum 8 days after departure.

Electricity ​
The stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 10 kWh of electricity is used per day. The additional consumer costs will then be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per Kwh.

Arrival and departure
You can contact Ronnie, our key manager (+34 602.24.75.45) via Whatsapp to pass on your arrival time. The day of arrival you will receive all information via Whatsapp and you can get your key yourself from a key box with a code. You will also receive instructional videaos about this and an explanation about the apartment. The videos also show what to do when you leave, you pass the time to Ronnie. This digital arrive is very flexible and leaves you free to arrive at the time you want, unless other tenants are leaving or arriving that day. On departure you leave the amount of the final cleaning in cash.

House rules ​
Laguna Beach is a new, beautiful and quiet domain. We expect you to treat the accommodation and its belongings with respect, but also to the other owners or tenants and to comply with the rules of the community. Everyone likes peace and privacy, so keep this in mind. Do not sit on the sofa and the cushions of the lounge sofa on the terrace with wet (swimming) clothes. Air conditioning/heating is provided, we expect you to close the windows and doors when you use them and to turn them off when you are not present.
We are not responsible for any damage or theft or inconvenience caused by third parties. You will receive all the necessary information for a worry-free stay by e-mail before your booking.
Cleaning
You arrive in a cleaned bungalow. The accommodation will be cleaned again upon departure. The mandatory final cleaning fee is €90 and must be paid in cash to the key manager upon arrival at the bungalow. This price also includes all bed, bath and kitchen linen. Beach towels are also included from July 2023. We request that you leave the accommodation tidy: empty the dishwasher, trash cans, refrigerator and freezer completely and do not leave any food residue behind.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the bungalow. Smoking is allowed on the terraces, provided that the ashtray is used.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the bungalow. During the winter, an exception can be made in mutual consultation.
